FAQs

1. How do I know the raffles are administered fairly?

The process is filmed live across our Social Media platforms. The winner is picked via a random number generator. This ensures the process of picking a winner is transparent. For our bigger value items, house & supercar giveaways we invite journalists from magazines & newspapers to investigate the process.

2. Why do I have to answer a question to enter the raffle?

Elite Prizes is not a traditional raffle. Elite Prizes is a competition in which the player must use his mental ability in order to enter the competition. Only the correct answer to the question will ensure your entry into the final raffle draw. You cannot enter one of our raffles without answering our skill based question. This ensures we are compliant with the 2005 Gambling Act.

3. What happens after I receive my raffle tickets?

When the competition ends you will receive an e-mail with the time & date of the live draw to the raffle you entered. We will contact the winner via telephone, e-mail & post to arrange for delivery of the prize.

4. How long are the competitions?

Each competition has a scheduled end date in the “Description” section of the page where you buy your tickets.

5. Why can I not pay to enter the raffle via PayPal or Google Pay?

We are currently in talks with PayPal & Google Pay over their transaction fees. We are hoping to include PayPal & Google Pay to Elite Prizes’ checkout process in the near future.

6. What happens if there is a fault with my prize?

All our prizes are covered under warranty. Please check the “Description” section of the competition you enter for warranty details.
